Candy Abalone's wild caught abalone are individually hand harvested from the pristine waters of Tasmania.

The abalone are dried using traditional and completely natural methods, in the warm sun and pure air of Tasmania, to achieve their special candy heart.

Candy Abalone also sells other specialist seafood product to prepare at home, including dried fish and sea urchin roe.
