Hursey Seafoods is nestled under the Stanley Nut, overlooking Stanley Bay in Northwest Tasmania. Specialising in freshly cooked southern rock lobster (crayfish), there is fresh Tasmanian seafood available everyday, including scallops split on site, local wild fish such as trumpeter and trevalla, as well as loved favourites gummy shark and blue-eye.
