James Green

Head chef, James Green, is stationed at The Sanderson Sydney. A restaurant that source fresh Australian produce to deliver a memorable dining experience to its guests.
James began his career working in the family restaurant at the age of 15. He discovered his passion for food half way through his commerce degree. James then pursued his current passion through an apprenticeship at Otto and Fratelli Paradiso, before moving on to spend two years overseas where he worked for Momofuku and WD-50 in Toronto and NYC.
