A Small Family Oyster Farm, Melshell has been growing premium oysters at Dolphin Sands on Tasmania's East Coast since 1984. 
Melshell's farmgate experience includes a waterfront Oyster Shack, where customers can enjoy oysters harvested fresh daily, can buy a seafood kebab to cook on the camp oven stations provided, or can enjoy a seafood platter made from local produce and locally produced beer and wine.
