Tracey’s passion for cooking began in her childhood. Inspired by her Nan and family’s history in the hospitality industry on the NW coast of Tasmania. Tracey was always destined to become a chef.
After her 25-year career, where she advanced to head chef positions at multiple award-winning restaurants and bistros on NW Coast of Tasmania and Victoria, Tracey decided to change her career and move in the direction of her other passion, Tasmanian seafood.
Promoting and showcasing local, fresh, high-quality seafood, while leveraging her skills from her chef background, have allowed her to excel in her current role as Brand Ambassador for Petuna Atlantic Salmon and Ocean Trout.
Proudly Tasmanian, Tracey works collaboratively with many of the producers within the Tasmanian Seafood industry.
