Method
Prepare
Thinly chop parsley and garlic.
Place a kitchen towel or sheets of sturdy plastic between the flesh slices before beating. Use a wooden mallet and gently pound the abalone to tenderise the meat. Slice abalone into thin strips.
Prepare rice flour with a pinch of salt in a bowl and gently mix abalone in to coat.
Cook
Heat the pan with olive oil. Add abalone, garlic, and a pinch of salt then cook for two minutes. Add parsley, butter, and capers then stir for two more minutes. Be careful not to overcook the meat.
Squeeze lemon juice to top off.
