Cut fish into bite sized cubes,

Slice Squid/Calamari into rings

Chop up prawns into small pieces or leave whole depending on size and personal preference,

Mix everything together and add a generous sprinkle of parsley

500g of Tasmanian Pink Ling (or other white fish)

300-400g of Tasmanian Squid/Calamari

100-150g of Australian Prawns
