Method
Combine flour and dried garlic. Slowly add water until you form a thick and smooth batter.
Segment cooked lobster into bite sized pieces and coat in the batter.
Heat oil in a pot or fryer.
Once oil is hot, deep fry lobster pieces until golden brown.
