Grilled Calamari

Serves 3 Cook Time 3 Prep Time 5

Method

Clean and prepare calamari as needed. Score evenly for tenderisation and flavour absorption.

Season with salt and a generous amount of olive oil.

In a separate bowl, prepare sliced olive oil and sliced garlic.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Cook

Cook calamari on a pre-heat grill pan or BBQ grill for 1-3 minutes per side.

Serve

Slice calamari into bite-size. Add calamari to the bowl of mixed ingredients. Then add chopped parley and a half a lemon squeeze and mix well to combine flavours. Transfer calamari to plate to serve.

Calamari (cleaned and scored)

Olive Oil

Salt

Garlic (sliced)

Parsley (chopped)

Lemon
