Eloise is a qualified chef with 30 years' experience in commercial kitchens, including 7 years as owner operator of The Mussel Boys, which was lauded as one to Tasmania's best regional restaurants.

Eloise had published six cookbooks to teach people how to cook more seafood in the home kitchen, including the bestselling Seafood Everyday. She has helped others publish cookbooks, from suppling the photography to managing the production of the entire project.

When Eloise is not photographing and styling food for books and clients, she opens up her Glenorchy kitchen studio, Old School Kitchen, to teach cooking and photography workshops, including a much-loved Seafood Cooking workshop. The workshops always end in a long lunch feast of the morning's delicious cooking!
